Meet FOULI: A New Journey in the World of Cheesemaking!

Cheese week in Crete is traditionally a time of sharing and celebration and symbolizes the beginning of fasting. Historically, families said goodbye to Shrove Tuesday with traditional cheese dishes, such as myzithropites, Sfakia pies and kalitsounia, while cheeses played a central role on the table.

Reviving this beautiful tradition, we are waiting for you to taste fine cheeses from all over Greece and enjoy an evening full of experiences!
