Payment Methods

In order to better serve you and to personalize our services, FOULIFINEST offers three payment methods for the payment of your order.

  • Debit or credit card : payment with your credit or debit card  (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and so on) through Eurobank services, specifically through its security system worldline, which is one of the safest in the world.
  • Through the banking system of  payments/transfers IRIS: in this case you will be e-mailed the phone number for the deposit with reason for the deposit your full name and the booking number.
  • Through bank account / bank transfer: If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive on completion of the order an e-mail with all the information you need to make the deposit. This can be done either through your bank website, via e-banking, by phone or directly in a bank shop.

**It should be noted that our company reserves the right to refuse the placing of an order by a customer (natural or legal person) with regard to whom a court dispute is pending.

***also note that because of the nature of our products (home-made cheeses and boxes accompanying them) the received goods might slightly differ from the products featuring in the pictures appearing on our website without this affecting in any way our quality standards.

Methods of shipping / delivery of products

The selected products are sent to the address indicated in the "Delivery" step during your order through the partner courier company.

The delivery time of the products takes place on the delivery date specified by the company site. (The said date is posted in a conspicuous spot during the placing of the order.)
Delivery times may not apply during holidays. For orders made through bank deposit, delivery time begins to count by confirming the payment.

Force majeure: In cases of force majeure or in cases where liability cannot be attributed to the company, the company is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) and therefore our company is entitled to an extension of time for execution.

Cancellation /returns policy
ORDER CANCELLATION

Our company confers the right to cancel your order on the following conditions:
In case the dispatch of the product has not been made, you have to contact the customer department at e-mailinfo@foulifinest.gr or on +306949959688. In the event the buyer changes their mind and no longer wishes the purchase of the product for which they have deposited the required amount of money, they must inform the customer department in writing (e-mail) within 48 hours of the payment for the product and the confirmation of the order at the latest.

1. The product and the package made of special Styrofoam and lined with ice packs must be returned in their original condition free of damage or any defects. 

2. In order to have your money refunded, you are obliged to return the product, which must be accompanied by the relevant documents the customer received (invoice or receipt) as well as by the form enclosed (withdrawal statement) completed. (You can find the withdrawal statement further down and download it.) 

3. the product must be declared improper for ingestion by laboratory tests carried out by a certified laboratory with analysis methods accredited by ΕΣΥΔ.  The company will only proceed to a refund if and only if the product is declared improper for consumption in this official and accredited way. In any case, the aforesaid tests will be notified in the customer contact e-mail. The cost of the lab tests will be borne by the customer and only if the product is found improper will the company return the money spent for the laboratory tests along with the money paid for the purchase of the product and the money paid to the courier for the return of the product. This should all be accompanied by the relevant documents (receipts or invoices).

The refund will be carried out within ten working days of the issue of the analysis certificate and paid into the account specified by the customer.
